Office Type A is situated in Seoul, South Korea, and proposed the project's design in 2023. Covering a total area of 720.00m² across five floors, the office is strategically located on 12m roads and intersections in a district that demands a trendy atmosphere compared to other areas. The design aims to accentuate the building's symbolism and attraction.

The mass design of Office Type A incorporates a clear distinction between solid and void materials. The void space is allocated for office areas, while the solid space is designated for specific office spaces, auxiliary facilities, and cores. To enhance the sense of void space, a front curtain wall design was implemented, while the solid portion adopts a strong triangular shape, emphasizing the office as a landmark.
