Commercial Type A is located in Seoul, Korea, and its design proposal was presented in 2022. Covering a total area of 960.00m² across four floors, the project site is strategically planned to emphasize the building's allure with a simple design, especially considering its proximity to a city-centered road and the presence of both new and old buildings in the surrounding area.

Commercial Type A was designed to evoke a sense of void within a simple, solid mass form, maximizing the creative element. To enhance the feeling of void space, a frameless curtain wall was planned, while the solid portions were designed with exposed concrete to maintain a sense of simplicity. All floors house commercial facilities, with the front space dedicated entirely to commercial activities. This layout is achieved by strategically placing the core and management facility building towards the back.
